Shipping & Delivery Options and fees
There are four options for receiving your order - select the one that's right for you!
- In-store pick-up*
- Standard UPS Ground Shipping (7 to 10 days) - $8.99
- Second Business Day Shipping - $16.99
- Next Business Day Shipping - $23.99
Additional shipping charges may apply to large or bulky items, these charges will be noted in the product description.
*In store pick-up not available at all locations, and may be subject to handling fee.
International Shipping
International shipping is available only for textbooks and materials required for your courses. We ship to select countries via UPS, with most deliveries arriving in 3–8 business days; expedited options are available for faster delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Orders may also include additional fees like duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are set by the destination country and may be due upon delivery.
Please Note: Orders placed after 2pm will not be shipped until the following business day.
Returns & Refunds
TEXTBOOKS
- A full refund will be given in your original form of payment if textbooks are returned during the first week of classes with original receipt.
- With proof of a schedule change and original receipt, a full refund will be given in your original form of payment during the first 30 days of classes.
- No refunds on unwrapped loose-leaf books or shrink-wrapped titles which do not have the wrapping intact.
- No refunds on Digital Content once accessed.
- Textbooks must be in original condition.
- No refunds or exchanges without original receipt.
GENERAL READING BOOKS, NOOK® DEVICES, SOFTWARE, AUDIO, VIDEO & SMALL ELECTRONICS
- A full refund will be given in your original form of payment if merchandise is returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt in original packaging.
- Opened software, audio books, DVDs, CDs, music, and small electronics may not be returned. They can be exchanged for the same item if defective.
- Merchandise must be in original condition.
- No refunds or exchanges without original receipt.
ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE
- A full refund will be given in your original form of payment with original receipt.
- Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the current selling price.
- Cash back on merchandise credits or gift cards will not exceed $1.
- No refunds on gift cards, prepaid cards, phone cards, newspapers, or magazines.
- Merchandise must be in original condition.

Digital Delivery Fee
What is the Digital Delivery Fee?
The Digital Delivery Fee supports the delivery of digital content through our digital platform. This is comparable to a shipping charge for the delivery of printed course materials.
How much is the fee?
A fee of $3.99 will be applied to each digitally delivered item priced over $10.
Why do some digital content items have a fee and others do not?
The fee is determined on a vendor-by-vendor basis. Some of our digital content vendors restrict the fee from being charged.
How do I identify the items that are charged the fee?
In general, digital content that the store does not carry on hand and is delivered digitally, is charged the digital delivery fee. This includes digital content that is purchased in-store and on our website.
The fee will be flagged with an information tooltip next to each applicable digital item. The fee will also be visible in the Order Summary after a payment has been selected during the checkout process. Order status email communications will also provide the fee charges.
Can the fee be refunded?
Yes, the fee will be refunded if the digital item has not been activated and is returned in accordance with our refund policy.
I’m enrolled in a First Day® Complete or First Day® by Course program, does this fee apply?
No, all digital items included in our First Day® programs will not incur the fee.

The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern all use of this website’s (the "Site"), payment processing services (the”Service”). The Service is operated by First Data Resources, LLC f/k/a Gift Solutions LLC ("First Data") in conjunction with the gift card issuer featured on the Site ("Gift Provider" or “Servco”, as defined below).

Gift Card Basics
What is an eGift Card?
An eGift Card is an electronic or eGift Card, as opposed to a traditional plastic gift card, and can be purchased from www.willys.com and can be redeemed online or at any participating retail location.
What are the advantages of sending an eGift Card over sending a conventional plastic card?
There are numerous advantages to using eGift Cards including the instant gratification and convenience of purchasing and using the gift card. An eGift Card allows you to add a personal text message and a photo to your gift card. eGift Cards are perfect for that last minute gift and can be scheduled for delivery on a specific day and time. eGift Cards are virtual so there are no delivery or handling charges. Lastly, eGift Cards are an environmentally friendly gift choice.
Do gift cards expire or have any fees?
No, Willy's Mexicana Grill's gift cards do not expire or carry any fees.
Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on a gift card?
Yes, our gift cards have a minimum value of $10 and a maximum value of $100 per card.
Buying & Sending
Are there any fees associated with purchasing an eGift Card?
There are no delivery or handling charges, you only pay for the face value of the eGift Card.
Can I change the value of my gift card purchase or cancel the transaction?
We're sorry but all gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, then a new transaction will be required.
Can I send myself eGift Cards since I want to give them to my friends, colleagues, and family?
Yes, you can send yourself eGift Cards. When purchasing eGift Cards, simply enter your information on the "Recipient Information" page. Once you receive the eGift Card via email, you can forward it to others or print it then share it.
How will the recipient know that I sent them an eGift Card?
The recipient of the eGift Card will receive an email and mobile notification (if you selected this option) indicating that an eGift Card has been sent to them. These notifications include any personal messages and images you added during the gift card purchase process.
How will I know that the recipient opened their eGift Card?
You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing their eGift Card. You can also track the status of the gift card by entering your confirmation number and email address.
